A void exists in our city's culinary landscape. We've seen it. We've read it. We've experienced it.  Chicagoans crave the unmistakable flavor and texture of genuine New York style bagel sandwiches, but we've yet to settle on which local restaurants satisfy our cravings to the fullest.
